DECOCTION
It consists of boiling ground coffee to obtain a decoction: boiled coffee.
INFUSION
We pour boiling water at 90 – 92°C on a vegetal substance to obtain an infusion after filtration: filter coffee.
MACERATION
Pour cold water into a jug containing ground coffee, mix with a stirrer and leave to rest for 8 -10 hours. Then we filter and our coffee (drink) is ready.
FOR BREAKFAST
Percolation is the slow passage of water through a coffee panel to extract the soluble substances present in the ground coffee: chemex and Neapolitan coffee maker.
