Our panettone is made only using mother yeast, only fresh butter, with the addition of our selected coffees, Brown Soul liqueur and 72 hours of natural leavening. Coated with white chocolate.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, butter (milk), egg yolks, sugar, sourdough (wheat flour and water), white chocolate (ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, lactose, lecithin emulsifier, natural vanilla flavor. May contain traces of nuts, gluten and soy), 10% Brown Soul coffee liqueur (alcohol, sugar, coffee infusion), dark chocolate (ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. May contain milk, soy, traces of nuts and gluten). 2% Tau2 coffee powder, salt, natural flavors.

May contain traces of almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, other nuts, mustard, soy, lupine.
