SHIPMENTS IN ITALY: F R E E for orders over € 130.00 except for SICILY, SARDINIA AND CALABRIA where shipping is F R E E for orders over € 140.00. Except for the Disadvantaged postal codes where the shipment is F R E E for orders over € 150.00. Shipments are made through the courier.
SHIPPING COST IN ITALY: for orders less than € 130.00 the cost is € 10.00. For SICILY, SARDINIA AND CALABRIA for orders less than € 140.00 the cost is € 12.00. Disadvantaged postal codes for orders below € 150.00 the shipment cost is € 16.00.
SHIPMENTS TO EU AND EXTRA EU COUNTRIES: shipments are made by courier. You will be notified of the amount relating to the time of the order.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRODUCT BY THE CUSTOMER
Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately disputed by placing a specific indication on the delivery document. By signing the courier document, the Customer certifies the real external integrity of the product and the conformity of the delivery.
Right of withdrawal and refund
In execution of the provisions of Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, n.21 implementing the directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights, the Customer can return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the purchase amount actually paid.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days starting from the date the product has been delivered.
– Before of the expiry of the aforementioned term, the Customer must send a communication by e-mail to info@torrefazioneforteantonio.it.
– The customer is subsequently contacted by the Torrefazione Forte Antonio to take charge of the return.
The return of the product must take place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
The refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product includes shipping costs.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer.
In the event that the Customer returns products beyond the term indicated above or in the case of products that are open and / or partially used and that do not lend themselves to being returned, the right of withdrawal does not apply and the purchased product will be returned to the customer charging also the transport costs.
For hygienic and conservation reasons, the right of withdrawal is not applicable for food products.
