The offer and sale of the products through our website www.torrefazioneforteantonio.com are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale formulated in accordance with the legislation on contracts concluded outside commercial premises and, in particular, with the provisions of Legislative Decree September 6, 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code).
APPLICATION AND MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
By placing an order in the manner provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Conditions of Sale.
— TERMS AND CONDITIONS —
PRICES: The products are offered at the price indicated on our website on the date the order is placed. The prices are inclusive of VAT and do not include transport costs.

Payment methods: payments can be made by bank transfer in advance and through the paypal card platform.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRODUCT BY THE CUSTOMER
Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately disputed by placing a specific indication on the delivery document. By signing the courier document, the Customer certifies the real external integrity of the product and the conformity of the delivery.
Right of withdrawal and refund
In execution of the provisions of Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, n.21 implementing the directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights, the Customer can return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the purchase amount actually paid.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days starting from the date the product has been delivered.
– Before of the expiry of the aforementioned term, the Customer must send a communication by e-mail to info@torrefazioneforteantonio.it.
– The customer is subsequently contacted by the Torrefazione Forte Antonio to take charge of the return.
The return of the product must take place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
The refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product includes shipping costs.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer.
In the event that the Customer returns products beyond the term indicated above or in the case of products that are open and / or partially used and that do not lend themselves to being returned, the right of withdrawal does not apply and the purchased product will be returned to the customer charging also the transport costs.
For hygienic and conservation reasons, the right of withdrawal is not applicable for food products.
ORDERS: the products will be shipped within 2 – 5 working days, except for particular conditions that will be
communicated via e-mail upon receipt of the order.
WARRANTY
All products, other than food, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2002 and subsequent amendments and Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Code of Consumption), as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, on sale on the site are covered by the Legal Guaranty of Conformity. The Legal Guaranty of Conformity operates for 24 months from the date of purchase in the event that the customer is a final consumer, or for 12 months from the date of purchase in case that the customer is a professional / entrepreneur.
To take advantage of warranty assistance, the customer must keep the purchase certificate or the document transport. The lack of conformity that occurs within the guarantee terms starting from the date of purchase of the product, must be reported within 2 months from the date of discovery.
The customer has the right, at his choice and provided that the type of product allows it, to restore, without expenses, conformity of the product by repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction or contract termination.
CHANGING IN PRICES: prices and offers are valid until products are sold out and can change without notice.
SALES: sales are considered made by correspondence and governed by the relative rules.
FORCE MAJEURE: in the event of force majeure we will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery.
STORAGE: if the products are not collected by the buyer, the shipping and storage costs will be paid by the buyer.
JURISDICTION: for any controversy the Court of Cassino (FR) will be exclusively competent.
PRODUCT PHOTOS: It is acknowledged that the products showed on our website may be different and may change in the future only due to any changes in production and supply.
